Gym Academy is committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains.
We operate as a small UK business specialising in the sale and rental of new and refurbished gym equipment. We take a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

While we are not legally required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (as this requirement generally applies to organisations with an annual turnover of £36 million or more), we voluntarily adopt this statement as part of our commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.

We seek to work with reputable suppliers and partners and, where appropriate, encourage compliance with applicable labour laws and standards. We take a proportionate, risk‑based approach to managing modern slavery risks within our operations and supply chains.

This statement is reviewed periodically and reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical conduct.
